Hi thanks for asking!
I used screencaps from screencapped and enhanced them using photoscape (a free photo-editing software) then placed them over a background I just pulled from google images and then used the color picker tool (under tools)
to select the colors in the screencaps i wanted to use. I then went to “more colors” and entered the rbg values

(since photoscape doesn’t have hex values) into color picker and in photoscape, I added the color I used to “custom colors” and used that color to make a box

i then used the text tool to write in the hex value using the font levenim mt

but a lot of color palettes that I’m seeing recently do not have hex values (which makes them look nicer tbh; I used mine bc all the ones at the time I made it had them). after i was pleased with where everything was, I used
to make the pictures and objects into one picture and I saved it at 100% quality (lower quality=smaller file size) and made three of them into a photoset :)
I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions feel free to ask!
